Della handles all of the equity trading activity at Piedmont.

Della has extensive years of service in the Securities Industry. She worked at Loomis Sayles & Company as Vice President/Equity Trader responsible for trading their small and large cap value portfolio. She joined Piedmont Investment Advisors to head their Equity Trading desk in 2002 she is responsible for all equity trading at Piedmont. She is a member of the National Association Securities Professional (N.A.S.P.) serving on the Board of Directors and co-chairs the mentor luncheon. She is also a member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (N.O.I.P), she serves locally on the Center for Children & Family Health, Leadership Council.

Della received her AA degree from San Diego College.
